Leasing & Move-In

Yes! Immediate move-ins may be available based on apartment availability. The speed of the move-in process depends on how quickly your application is approved and all required documents are submitted. Please note that move-ins are scheduled during weekday business hours only.

Yes! The entire leasing process can be completed online. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable $300 administrative fee and an $80 application fee per applicant. Proof of income totaling at least 2.5 times the monthly rent is required, and all adults are subject to credit and background screening.

In addition to rent, residents pay a monthly cable and internet fee of $121, trash service fee of $38, concierge fee of $25, and pest control fee of $5. Utilities are billed separately. Renters insurance is required and may be purchased through our preferred provider or a third-party company.

The Alibi offers lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months. Short-term lease options may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Yes! Every apartment home at The Alibi comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Yes! Each residential building at The Alibi is equipped with elevators, providing convenient access to every floor for residents and guests.

No, all apartment homes at The Alibi are leased unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize their space to fit their lifestyle and needs.

Parking & Storage

Complimentary parking is included for residents. Studio and one-bedroom apartments receive one parking permit, while two- and three-bedroom apartments receive two permits. Reserved parking is available for $80 per month. The community also offers EV charging stations, accessible parking, and visitor parking.

Garages are available exclusively with select townhome and carriage home floor plans. Standalone garages are not available for rent.

Yes! On-site storage units are available for residents seeking additional space. Storage options include small units for $20 per month, medium units for $50 per month, and large units for $140 per month, subject to availability.

Pets

Yes! The Alibi at Lake Lilly welcomes pets. Residents may have up to three pets per apartment home. A one-time pet fee of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $20 per pet apply. Breed restrictions apply.

Amenities & Resident Services

The resort-style pool and jacuzzi are open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The fitness center and business center are available to residents 24 hours a day.

Yes! The Alibi offers a secure package locker system located in the mailroom. Residents receive notifications when packages arrive and can conveniently retrieve them at their leisure. Packages may also be delivered directly to your apartment home when applicable.

Residents can conveniently submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal. For urgent issues requiring immediate attention, emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.

Community & Security

No, The Alibi is not a gated community. Residential buildings and amenity spaces feature controlled access for residents and their authorized guests. Additionally, the community has a Courtesy Officer who resides on-site and serves with the Ocoee Police Department.
